Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Private Client Paralegal to join their friendly and dynamic team.In this role, you will support the private client team with a wide range of legal matters, providing essential assistance to senior solicitors and ensuring a smooth process for clients dealing with wills, probate, trusts, and estates. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in private client law.This role will see you:Assist senior solicitors with the management of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration. Draft legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and probate forms. Communicate with clients, third parties, and other professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases. Conduct legal research and provide general support to the team on a variety of private client matters. Assist with the administration of estates, including preparing documents for probate applications and dealing with asset distribution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all deadlines are met. Provide exceptional client care and support, ensuring clients feel informed and valued throughout the process.About you:A minimum of 12 months' experience working in private client law, particularly in probate, wills, and estates. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proactive and motivated with a keen interest in private client work. Excellent communication skills and a strong client care ethos.
