I am working with a developer that specialise in high-end projects where attention to detail and quality is essential.

The project is a 10m high-end project in Nottinghamshire, where all materials have been specifically designed with the project in mind.

This is a 12-month (minimum) assignment, which includes a swimming pool, underground car park and spa.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their project, working alongside the company Director.

You will have a background of leading multi-million pound projects, have previously worked with a Tier One contractor.

Suitable candidates must be SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, qualified.
