Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager - We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager a successful nationwide Quantity Surveying consultancy in the East Midlands.
We are seeking applications from experienced Quantity Surveyors who have a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or a related field, and ideally, a Chartered member of the RICS, or a commitment to achieve Chartered status within 3 years.
Duties

Manage all aspects of cost planning, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects, including preparing valuations, cost reports, and forecasts.

Provide expert advice on contract administration, risk management, procurement strategies, and negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Supervise and mentor junior surveyors, ensuring the successful delivery of services while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development.
About You
- Degree level in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or a related field.
- A Chartered member of the RICS or working towards
- CostX Measurement Software.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the UK as required.
