Role: Sales Negotiator (Full or Part Time)

Salary: £24,000 per annum plus commission

Days/Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday, 09:00-14:00 Saturday, 1 in every 3 Saturdays.

Our Client is a well established multi branch independent estate and lettings business. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful Newark branch.

Duties and expectations include:

  • Providing any marketing or social media content or videos as required
  • Carrying out marketing appraisals as required
  • Working to targets
  • Ensuring best practise and compliance with current and upcoming legislation
  • Dealing with all office enquires from applicants,
  • Registering potential purchasers
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings with purchasers
  • An ability to match the ideal property to purchaser
  • Following up viewings and returning feedback to vendors
  • Arranging market appraisals and diary management for the valuer
  • Following up Market Appraisals
  • Advising clients on marketing strategies
  • Maintaining regular client care calls to vendor and potential vendors/applicant database
  • Negotiating offers between purchasers and vendors
  • Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, vendors, and buyers
  • Raising invoices as required
  • Marketing; Arranging Facebook / Instagram post and Leaflet promotion campaigns.
  • Guild of Property Professionals and Relocation Agent referrals.
  • Mortgage referrals.
  • Solicitor referrals
  • Maintaining good relationships between yourself and your work colleagues.
