Conveyancing Team Leader – Sleaford

A well-established and respected Lincolnshire law firm is seeking a confident and capable Team Leader to join its thriving Residential Conveyancing department in Sleaford. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced legal professional to step into a leadership role within a forward-thinking firm that values both client care and team development.

You will be commercially aware, proactive and equipped with a strong grounding in Residential Conveyancing. This position suits someone who not only manages files with precision and care but also thrives in mentoring others and building strong professional networks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion
  • Guiding clients through transactions with clarity and confidence, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build or shared ownership cases
  • Providing leadership and support to a busy conveyancing team across the department
  • Playing an active role in business development—building and nurturing client and referrer relationships
  • Contributing to operational efficiencies, process improvement and team training

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid experience managing residential conveyancing matters
  • A thorough understanding of the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol and the CQS framework
  • Previous experience supervising a team and contributing to business growth
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude and a passion for excellent client service
  • Familiarity with Proclaim and Perfect Portal is a plus
