Our client a Large Local Authority have an immediate requirement for an Fire/Water Supervisor/Coordinator
Initially for a period of 3 - 6 months, however expect this to be extended !
There is also the option of temp to perm for the right candidate.
The role :
* To manage the Fire, Legionella contract of the Local Authorities housing stock .
* Will be familiar The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022
* Manage a program of replacement doors , also in communal areas
* Support the compliance Manager with Fire Safety/Fire door related issues.
In return :
* Hybrid role 3 and 2 split
* Up to 250.00 per day via Umbrella
