Here at GXO Logistics, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Administrator to join our team in Newark, working in partnership with our customer Currys at their distribution centre.

You will be working on ‘4 on 4 off’ shift pattern with the hours of 18:00 – 06:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Brief and debrief drivers accurately and on time
  • Administer and report tachomaster
  • Prepare and reconcile delivery paperwork
  • Administer defect processes

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Accuracy and strong compliance awareness 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in transport is desirable
