About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Management Subject Leader (Module Leader) to oversee the delivery and development of business management modules in our Higher Education programs. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of subject leadership or module leadership experience in the UK, along with a passion for academic excellence and student success. This role involves curriculum development, teaching, mentoring, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and manage business management modules, ensuring high-quality delivery.
•    Develop and update course content to align with industry and academic standards.
•    Support and mentor teaching staff and students.
•    Oversee assessment design, marking, and quality assurance processes.
•    Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement initiatives.
•    Ensure compliance with Higher Education regulatory frameworks and accreditation requirements.

Requirements
•    A degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
•    A PG Cert in Higher Education and/or Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
•    A minimum of three years of subject leadership or module leadership experience in the UK Higher Education sector.
•    Strong leadership, communication, and curriculum development skills.
