You’ll have the chance to apply your skills in export procedures, ERP systems, and communication while contributing to a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards in international trade.Staff benefits:• 33 days holiday • Hybrid working pattern • Career development opportunities• Life Assurance• Competitive salary• Incredible staff discounts • Company pension • Wellbeing programmesDuties will include:• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, transporters, and agents on export procedures and logistical requirements, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service. • Oversee incoming orders by allocating and transferring stock, as well as processing and dispatching sample orders through customer ERP and logistics platforms.• Prepare and issue export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, certificates of origin, and commercial invoices), ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and specific country or customer requirements for smooth and timely export/import processes. Stay informed of updates to HMRC legislation. • Manage deposit system, ensuring accurate records of deposits and credits for returns.• Coordinate with customers, distributors, agents, and the organisation's logistics teams to schedule and organise collections or deliveries.• Support forecasting activities to maintain 100% stock availability in line with customer demand, while preventing overstock situations that could lead to short-dated inventory.• Conduct research on country-specific requirements and product regulations to ensure adherence to international trade and business compliance standards.• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the CRM system, logging interactions and updates to facilitate strong and effective relationship management. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following:• Proficiency in using ERP and logistics systems to manage orders and export processes.• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, agents, and internal teams.• Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Knowledge of export procedures and familiarity with HMRC legislation (beneficial but not essential).• A proactive mindset with a talent for coordinating complex logistics and resolving problems efficiently.LOCATION: ReydonDURATION: PermanentPAY: £27,000 per annum HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:45am-17:00pm ( 3 days office based)If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience to succeed in this position, please apply with your current CV.
