In this role, you’ll work alongside the Reception Manager, overseeing the Reception and Butlers team to ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay. Your Main Duties Will Include:

Handling telephone calls and guest queries with professionalism.
Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
Providing guests with directions and essential information.
Ensuring the front-of-house team delivers exceptional service, leaving guests wowed.
