- Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create role specifications.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering candidates.
- Use a variety of methods to attract talent, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and suitability for roles.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and manage candidate databases to ensure an ongoing talent pool.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
