My client is a seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Advisor to join their dynamic team.Based in Southwold  As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create role specifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering candidates.
  • Use a variety of methods to attract talent, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and suitability for roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and manage candidate databases to ensure an ongoing talent pool.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to recruitment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
