Our client based in Sowerby Bridge are looking to recruit a temporary finance assistant to support invoice processing and Sage functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with invoice processing, Sage and customer retail portals.
THE ROLE:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Process customer and client invoices
- Access and use Sage
- Support production of shipping documents
- Answer customer calls and emails in a
- Scanning documents for freight, shipping and PL.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience as a finance assistant
- Proven experience processing invoices
- Experience using Sage
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
THE SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Temporary ongoing contract
- Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
