Are you a Nursery Nurse with experience of working with Early Years children? If you are an Early Years specialist, or have strengths being a Nursery Nurse for children in a Nursery or school Nursery/Reception then this is the role for you!
From May, a Calder Valley Primary school is looking for a Nursery Nurse to work in their school Nursery.
Duties will include:
- Supporting with learning through play
- Supervision as well observations
- Following the Early Years Statutory Framework
- First Aid trained or willing to do Peadiatric First Aid course
- Some personal care
- Supporting children who may struggle to access provision
As a Nursery Nurse you will show strong pastoral and emotional support for your pupils, as well as being vigilant to their cues and needs which will mean able to think on the spot and being flexible with your time. Some pupils will require some personal care and first aid.
