A Calder Valley Primary school is seeking a Nursery Nurse to join their school Nursery starting in May.
Candidates should have experience working with Early Years children and be familiar with the Early Years Statutory Framework.
The role involves supporting learning through play, supervising and observing children, and providing some personal care.
First Aid training or a willingness to complete a Pediatric First Aid course is required, along with strong pastoral and emotional support skills.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have prior experience as a Nursery Nurse.

From May, a Calder Valley Primary school is looking for a Nursery Nurse to work in their school Nursery.

Duties will include:

Supporting with learning through play
Supervision as well observations
Following the Early Years Statutory Framework
First Aid trained or willing to do Peadiatric First Aid course
Some personal care
Supporting children who may struggle to access provision

As a Nursery Nurse you will show strong pastoral and emotional support for your pupils, as well as being vigilant to their cues and needs which will mean able to think on the spot and being flexible with your time. Some pupils will require some personal care and first aid.
