Information about the Role:

Working as a Administrator at White Windows your duties will include the following:

路 To provide accurate and efficient typing support from written and recorded material, utilising Microsoft Office to ensure the layout and appearance meet corporate standards, always maintaining confidentiality.

路 To support the service in the delivery of corporate/strategic objectives and administration tasks, including diary management, preparation and coordinating for/of meetings.

路 To produce reports on an ad-hoc basis in a format appropriate to the audience.

路 To design, draft and prepare presentational material as and when required.

路 To design service user friendly documentation as and when required.

路 To co-ordinate, prepare and record documentation for meetings, to include drafting, typing, copying, collation and circulation of papers.

路 To set up and maintain an efficient manual filing system in support of the service, reviewing in order to meet changing demands in consultation with the Registered Manager.

路 To assist with the collation, storage and recording of archive documentation as required.

路 To set up and maintain efficient and effective monitoring systems to include all quality audits; Care Quality Commission reports, safeguarding, complaint, incident/accident reports and service inspection reports. To ensure that hard and soft copies are filed within the appropriate folder.

路 To arrange meetings and travel arrangements as and when required.

Information about the Service:

White Windows is a wheelchair accessible residential home providing support and accommodation for up to 25 individuals who have a physical disability or neurological condition.

We support individuals who may have cerebral palsy, an acquired brain injury or stroke, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida or hydrocephalus, as well as individuals living with Parkinson鈥檚 or Huntington鈥檚 Diseases.

Our dedicated team of highly skilled and trained support workers and carers have experience with PEG/NG care, wound management and the provision of end of life care. We provide support including personal care, health and well being, rehabilitation, community engagement, enablement and volunteering or activities.

Necessary Experience or Qualifications:

路 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

路 Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

路 Advanced internet use skills.

路 Previous experience working as a Administrator or Receptionist or HR.

路 Knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adults an advantage.
