We are looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator with experience in MIG and TIG welding to join our team. The role involves fabricating and welding stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel for a range of applications, including structural steelwork, catering hoppers, frames, and general fabrication projects. You will work both in the workshop and on-site when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- MIG and TIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- General fabrication, including cutting, bending, and assembling metal components.
- Working from technical drawings to fabricate frames, hoppers, and structural steel.
- Ensuring high-quality welds and finishes, particularly on stainless steel and aluminum.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations in the workshop and on-site.
- Assisting with installations as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding (stainless steel and aluminum experience preferred).
- Strong general fabrication skills, including cutting, grinding, and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Experience working with frames, catering equipment, hoppers, and structural steel.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
