Financial AccountantSpaldingSite based, some hybrid considered If you enjoy the purity of financial accounts, this position offers a varied role with broad exposure to the business and chance to manage a small team. Suitable for a first time public practice leaver, or those already working in industry. The business is well respected, established and has an envious array of blue-chip clients. Breadth of responsibility include; Financial Accounts, Financial Control and Internal/External reporting, ensuring they comply with internal policies, reporting standards and statutory requirements.    Key duties include: - Manage audit timetable and be main point of contact for external audit firm at year end.- Provide a balance sheet and cashflow forecast for the budget process- Maintain accurate cashflow forecasts and manage foreign currency hedging- Act as primary contact for day-to-day banking, customer and supplier financial queries, VAT returns & R&D claims- Maintain and improve a finance controls and procedure and own finance policies for the business- Manage and monitor key performance indicators and report performance monthly.- Lead, coach and develop a small team to achieve personal development goals and continuous improvement. Please reach out to  for for full details
