Semi Senior/Senior Accountant

When you join our accountancy practice client, you’ll be joining a friendly team who help clients across a broad range of business sectors.
Your career progression is important, as well as having the support of the team, you will be mentored by the practice owner/manager with regular one-to-ones and guidance on what you need to do to reach the next level.
You will not be micromanaged and will have the autonomy to make decisions independently as you work together towards clear business goals. Client interaction is actively encouraged to enable you to utilise the formal CPD that you will receive, to become an integral part of a trusted team of advisors.
They have a monthly team meeting with the opportunity to give feedback and shape the future direction of the practice and every year, they have a team away day.
You will be using the latest cloud-based technology like Xero, Dext and auto entry; along with a service-orientated approach to client care. You will have the opportunity to have a positive impact on clients’ businesses and their lives.
Salary will be DOE - up to £35,000 and you’ll get 25 days plus bank holiday as annual leave.
Free parking is available right next to the office as well.
