We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who embodies our strategic framework of being trusted advisors, recognised experts, and cultivators of long-standing relationships. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and wider firm, aligning with the Company’s workflow ethic.
  • Manage document production tasks such as photocopying, printing, binding, and scanning.
  • Maintain data rooms and ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Checks.
  • Operate the case management system effectively, including document storage and matter organisation.
  • Utilise BigHand workflow system to efficiently handle job requests.
  • Maintain the Records Management System, including deed scheduling, document retrieval, and report generation.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing post, switchboard operations, hospitality, and file archiving as needed.
  • Support the Operations team with routine and ad hoc tasks/projects.
  • Provide training support to new starters and contribute to the maintenance of departmental guides and training notes.
