A leading law firm in Spalding is seeking a Junior Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate client and office accounts.
  • Help prepare invoices promptly and with attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules in all tasks.
  • Support the processing of CHAPS and Faster payments daily.
  • Learn to operate banking software and follow agreed procedures.
  • Assist with account transfers, including client-to-client and client-to-business transactions.
  • Update and maintain ledgers with anticipated and actual disbursements.

What We Are Looking For

  • A desire to develop skills in finance or legal administration (previous experience is a plus but not essential).
