General Operatives - Holbeach, nr Spalding
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised flower company, considered to be the leader in its field, supplying to a selection of well known supermarket chains. We are supporting our client in the recruitment of operatives to work in the various flower and plant departments.
Our client can offer ongoing work, and extra hours during Mothersday and Easter.
Pay rates £11.44 per hour, increasing to £12.21ph from April 1st

Shifts for General Operatives:
- Day shift 08:00 - 17:00
- You must be flexible with the standard finish start and time
- Monday to Sunday
- Full time or Part time available
- Transport available from Peterborough - ask for further details
Pay:
- £11.44 per hour
- Paid weekly
Main Duties of General & Production Operative:
- Making flower bouquets on a moving line
- Stripping stems of leaves
- Replenish lines with flowers
- Cutting stems
- Making boxes
- Preparing for production of glass and/or pots
- Sleeving and/or wrapping of bouquets, boxing, strapping and bucket filling
- Working safely and efficiently, keeping the work area neat and tidy
- Safety boots must be worn
