Location: LONG SUTTON
Shift: 06:00 - 18:00 Rotating shift 4 days on 4 days off.
Salary: 12.49/hour during training, increasing to 13.49/hour upon successful completion of training

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery efficiently and safely during your shift
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a machine operating role (preferred but not essential) As company is happy to provide full training.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a 4on4off shift pattern
- Good communication skills
