Salary: 14 to 17 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across school buildings.
*Ensure all facilities and equipment are in excellent working condition.
*Safeguard the school's security by locking and unlocking premises as needed.
*Conduct regular security checks and swiftly resolve any issues.
*Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment.
*Maintain school grounds, including gardening, cleaning, lawn care, and general upkeep.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Previous experience in caretaking, maintenance, or a similar role.
*Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
*A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
*Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
