Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday

Salary: £36,500 to £39,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Licence Required: 7.5t (C1) or above (C, C+E)
 

Are you an experienced driver who enjoys being on the road and meeting new people? We’re looking for Recovery Drivers to join our client’s team in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This role offers the opportunity to travel across the UK, work independently, and enjoy weekends at home while having your accommodation covered during the week.

The Role:

• Collect and inspect high-end, prestigious vehicles from various locations across the UK.
• Represent the company in this customer-facing role, providing excellent service during vehicle collections.
• Plan your own work schedule and manage your routine with the support of the business.
• Work away Monday to Friday, staying in paid hotels with meals provided.
• Work up to 58 hours per week, with every Saturday and Sunday off for a great work-life balance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid UK 7.5t (C1) licence or higher (C, C+E), with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
• A valid Driver CPC and Digi Card.
• Previous experience as a Recovery Driver (e.g., AA, RAC) is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload.
