- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Proven experience as a Joiner and/or CNC Operator.
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and machinery operation.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise measurements.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
- Competitive hourly rate: £14 - £16 per hour (based on experience).
