We are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Legal Cashier to work for an established business based in Spalding. This is a fully office-based position, working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. The salary is up to 25k and the company will consider someone at the start of their career, looking to progress in an office-based environment. To be successful, you will need to be professional and willing to learn, with high level of accuracy and excellent with numbers.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with online card and cash payments and transferring them into the correct business account
- Inputting and authorising electronic and cheque payments
- Posting of bills and credit notes
- Completing daily bank reconciliations
- Balancing petty cash
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks when required
You will need to be organised and flexible and have previous experience of working within a team. As this role includes duties including billing, payments, and receipts, you must have excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Accounts experience would be desirable, but not essential. If you are a recent finance graduate, this could be the role for you!
