Job: Scissor Lift Operator 

Position Type: Temporary

Salary: £14.00p/h-£15.00p/h

Shifts / Hours: Day shift 09:00-17:00

We are looking for Scissor Lifts Operators with a valid CSCS Certificate/Card to join our Client’s cleaning team based in Spalding, Lincolnshire for a temporary contract.

Job Description: 

As a MEWP Operator,  you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of mobile elevated work platforms in a warehouse. Your  responsibilities will include operating the equipment to lift cleaning operatives to high elevations, performing routine maintenance checks, and adhering to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Operate MEWP equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Help the cleaning operators onsite clean warehouses/ceilings
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of MEWP equipment.
• Follow all site safety procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (Essential).
• Proven experience as a MEWP Operator in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with various types of MEWP equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
