Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant in Spalding!

We are working with Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools across Spalding, and looking to build a reliable and inspirational Team of Teaching Assistants support these schools!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences. It is up to you which age group you would to like work in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Teaching Assistant in Primary or Secondary Schools you would work with students on a 1:1, Group or Intervention basis to support the children and class Teacher.
  • Foster a positive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Collaborate with school staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Primary or Secondary aged children.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
  • SEND Experience an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
