Aspire People are recruiting Teaching Assistants for our schools across Spalding and the surrounding areas with both SEN and Mainstream opportunities available!We can offer anything from a day's cover, to a term's cover, to cover for the whole academic year and you can choose when and how often you work! You just need to be available for at least one day a week, 8.30am-3.30pm. What will you be doing?- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet the needs of all students.- Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.- Provide classroom management support, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.- Help with preparation of learning materials and resources.- Assist in tracking and monitoring student progress.- Support students with additional learning needs and provide tailored interventions where necessary.- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents as required.What do we need from you? - Relevant experience. - A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work as part of a team.- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.A Teaching Assistant qualification and prior experience working in an educational environment is desirable but not essential.
