Registered Nurse Manager

Spalding, Lincolnshire

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience

My client is a specialist care provider with over 30 years of experience operating in care, providing personalised support for the elderly and those with nursing care needs, dementia as well as adults with severe learning disabilities and a variety of complex needs. With 6 Senior Living locations across the country, this service located in Spalding has 60 beds and provides residential, dementia, and respite care.

Duties for the Home Manager include:

· Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home

· Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals

· Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines

· Develop and implement person-centered care plans

· Manage budgets and resources efficiently

· Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Requirements for the Home Manager include:

· Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

· Proven experience in a managerial or senior nursing role

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care

· Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
