PLC Controls Engineer
50,000-55,000 + Car Allowance + 33 days holiday + Healthcare
Monday - Friday, 40 hours
Hybrid - Commutable from Peterborough, Holbeach, Stamford, Spalding, Wisbech
Excellent opportunity for a controls engineer to join an established, forward thinking, company in a varied and challenging role where you will manage a wide range of ongoing projects within the Food & Beverage and Manufacturing Industries.
The company have grown year on year and having recently secured a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a controls systems engineer to join the team. They provide automation and electrical engineering solutions to their customers within food and beverage as well as general manufacturing.
Within the role you will be required to understand customers requirements in order to develop and implement software for controls solutions. You will develop bespoke PLC Code and intuitive HMI designs. You will then be required to travel to customers sites at the end of the project to complete on site commissioning.
The role would suit a controls engineer looking to deliver bespoke control solutions on a range of diverse and innovative projects, in a role offering flexibility, technical challenge and an excellent package.
The Role:
*Control Systems Engineer
*Working on projects within food/FMCG
*Development of customised PLC Code
*Hybrid working(Initial 2 month period in office required)
*On site commissioning at the end of the project
The candidate:
* Proficient with Siemens and Allen Bradley
* PLC Controls experience within food and beverage
* Knowledge of Electrical Systems
* Within an hour of Spalding
