Finance Analyst

The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a forward thinking and innovative business located in Spalding, who are focusing on re shaping the future within their industry. There is a current succession plan in place, which means they are now on the lookout for an ambitious and personable newly qualified Accountant, to join them as a Finance Analyst.This opportunity is tailor made for a commercially minded accountant, who thrives on liaising with stakeholders and has a genuine interest in the wider areas of the business outside of finance. Duties in the role will include:

• Providing business units with weekly and period end reporting, accompanied by analysis and insight.
• Providing accurate and in depth management information to support decision making.
• Creating budgets and forecasts for a number of key business areas.
• Liaising with other departments in relation to pricing.
• Preparation of financial models and management of project expenditure.

So what does the ideal candidate look like?
