- Proven experience in Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger – supervisory experience isn’t essential, as the team is well-structured and self-sufficient.
- A can-do attitude – someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves, take responsibility, and help where needed.
- Open, friendly, and approachable – not overly aggressive, but also not afraid to get things done.
- Good attention to detail – you’ll be the person who notices when something isn’t quite right and steps in to fix it.
- Navision experience would be a bonus but isn’t a dealbreaker.
- Someone who is able to build positive relationships with stakeholders, getting the job done without ruffling any feathers!!
- A genuinely supportive manager – he’s one of the nicest people around and won’t cause you any headaches.
- A friendly, capable team of 7-8 people, who know their stuff and don’t need heavy supervision.
- Hybrid working – just 4 days in the office, offering some flexibility.
