Food Production Operatives - Holbeach, near Spalding

We have an amazing opportunity to work for a nationally recognised potato packing manufacturer, considered to be the leader in its field.

Pay rates from £11.52 to £11.95 per hour.

The roles are varied from: tray stackers, packers, quality checkers, and vegetable checkers

This role is long term with excellent opportunities for a permanent placements.

Shifts for Production Operative:

Day Shift 07.00 to 15.30 Monday to Saturday
Saturday shifts are alternate, with a day off in the week.

Pay:

£11.52 for quality inspection, packers, and veg prepping (moving line work)
£11.95 for the faster lanes quality check (moving line work)
£14.40 OT pre 12 weeks
£17.28 post 12 weeks employment
Paid weekly

Main Duties of General Operative:

Packing items
Checking potato for damage before packing
Counting bags and completing baskets
Stacking potatoes
All roles are swapped throughout the day
Cutting vegetables, make them uniformed ready for packing
Assisting the machines in the packing area
