We are working with a leading supplier of fresh produce, committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation. Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a fresh produce compliance technologist.
The Role:
Are you detail-oriented, passionate about supply chain compliance, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Supply Chain Compliance Technologist to join the business. Reporting to the Supply Chain Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring supplier compliance with technical, ethical, and environmental standards, as well as supporting customer requirements and internal audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Due Diligence Management
Pesticide Compliance
Supplier Management
Customer Compliance
Systems and Reporting
Auditing and Traceability
Continuous Improvement
What they are looking For:
- Strong understanding of technical, ethical, and environmental supply chain compliance within fresh produce or food manufacturing
- Experience with compliance systems such as Sedex, SIZA, and Food Experts.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Familiarity with pesticide management and laboratory testing coordination is a plus.
