Cover Supervisor

Contract: Full-time

Location: Spalding

Start Date: September

Pay Rate: £85 - £120 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is excited to offer an opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a reputable school in Spalding. This full-time role is ideal for individuals looking to gain classroom experience and support students’ education.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure students remain engaged and focused on their tasks.
Follow provided lesson plans and instructions.
Address any immediate issues or concerns within the classroom.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
