Are you confident in managing a classroom and delivering pre-set work? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Cover Supervisor / Cover Teacher to work in a secondary school in Spalding.
Role Responsibilities:- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects in the absence of a teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students remain engaged.
- Follow the school’s policies and ensure a structured and productive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning and encourage participation.
- Report any issues to senior staff as required.
- Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, etc.).
- A confident and professional approach to classroom management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
