As the Hygiene Manager, you will be at the leader of their operational excellence overseeing the hygiene team and driving continuous improvement in hygiene, safety and environmental performance, site practices in all production and communal facilities ensuring a hygienic food safe and working environment is always maintained
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conduct risk assessments and develop management plans
* Manage and forecast budgets for labour, cleaning products, and equipment
* Drive and implement hygiene improvements the sites
* Manage and forecast budgets for labour, cleaning products, and equipment
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene standards
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
* Develop and enforce hygiene policies to meet FSA, HSE, BRC, and customer standards
* Liaise with regulatory agencies for compliance
* Continuously improve hygiene and environmental management systems
* Training on hygiene best practices and environmental compliance
* Maintain accurate records of hygiene and environmental activities
It is essential that you have experience managing teams/working closely with stakeholders, hygiene management systems, BRC, Chemical knowledge, IOSH, COSHH, Auditing third party requirements, desirable knowledge of environmental systems and health and safety.
