Vacancy: Parts Advisor

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

Salary: £25k-£30k per annum DOE

JHP Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and methodical Parts Advisor to join our manufacturing and distribution client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven experience working within a warehousing, customer service, or sales advisor role and will have a full UK driving licence as there may be times where you will be responsible for making local deliveries.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Receiving inbound sales enquiries via telephone, ensuring customers are provided with expert advice
  • Processing customer orders using the company CRM
  • Some picking and packing of orders in the warehouse
  • Receiving and dispatching of goods in the warehouse, ensuring the WMS is continuously updated
  • Providing customers with regular updates on their orders and building good relationships with clients

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in various IT packages, such as Microsoft and Sage
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Counterbalance Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to pick and pack goods in an efficient manner
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg
