Chandlers (Farm Equipment) Ltd has been servicing the needs of the agricultural, vehicle and groundscare industries for over 85 years and are one of the largest AGCO dealers in the UK, supplying new machines and aftersales for Massey Ferguson (Chandlers (MF) Ltd), Fendt & Valtra (Chandlers (FV) Ltd), and JCB (via Chandlers RFM). Along with a full range of complementary machinery from leading manufacturers. Operating from 17 sites across central England.

As a Warranty Administrator, you will:

  • Administer warranty claims from processing the appropriate paperwork to maintain the filing of any records regarding warranty claims.
  • Deal with incoming queries regarding warranty claims from customers and manufactures.
  • Ensure that any messages received are communicated to the relevant people as soon as circumstances permit, using whatever means are available.
  • Work part time Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week plus additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in warranty claims preferably from engineering or motor related trade.
  • Be conscientious and diligent with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Be experienced with working to challenging deadlines.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent time management and strong planning skills.
  • Have a full UK driving licence.
