Due to new client requirements we have immediate vacancies for Warehouse Operatives (Pickers/Packers) based in Spalding, Lincolnshire
Shifts available
4 On 4 Off
Day shift 06:00-14:00
Twilight shift 14:00-22:00
Night shift 22:00-06:00
Pay Rate £11.44 to £12.25
Responsibilities:
- Selects and packages products for shipment based on customer orders.
- Uses technology, including RF guns, to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
- Picking and packing stock based on daily orders
- Picking and packing cases of salads etc
- Surveys items for possible damage or defects before shipment, monitoring product quality
- Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
- Follows safety protocols and reports problems to mitigate safety issues
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
