Pay Rate: £83 - £100 per day
GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Spalding. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in students' educational experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs.
- Prepare learning materials and help maintain an organized classroom.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and encourage student engagement and participation.
Requirements:
- Experience in an educational setting is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
