Teaching Assistant – Secondary School

Location: Spalding

Start Date: February 2025 (after half-term)

Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in students' lives? GSL Education Lincolnshire is searching for a Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Spalding after February half-term.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support students in their academic and personal development.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with students who need additional help to reach their potential.
• Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student confidence.

Who We’re Looking For:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Experience working with young people or in a support role (desirable).
• A caring and supportive attitude.
• A desire to gain experience in an education setting.

Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
