GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students in a secondary school in Spalding from Easter 2025.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons for KS3 and KS4 students.
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students needing extra help.
Support students with special educational needs and learning challenges.
Help with classroom management and lesson preparation.

Ideal Candidate:

GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications desirable.
Experience working with young people or a strong interest in education.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards student development.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
