This impressive business will see you looking after up to 1,000 different varieties of crops, all with different needs. No two days will be the same!

What's the job?

As a grower supervisor, there won't be any surprises in the day-to-day responsibilities.

Pest management, irrigation, weeding and husbandry.

You'll be working closely with the grower manager and communicating with the team to ensure the right things are being done at the right time.

On the supervisory side, you'll be there to support, train and develop your team to understand all there is to know about growing quality plants.

You'll might have an area of responsibility that becomes yours to manage, too.

Their main site (and where you'll be based) is 16.5 acres which includes indoor and outdoor growing and a busy packhouse.

What do I need?

You'll have experience working on a commercial nursery, and ideally have your PA1 and PA6.
