Job Title: Line Leader

Location: Spalding, Lincs (No transport provided if not local)

We are seeking an experienced Line Leader to join our clients team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of fruit quality.Pay rate: £13.40 per hourShift Patterns:* Sunday - Thursday* Tuesday - SaturdayStart time: 7:30 AM until finish (up to 12 hours depending on workload)Key Responsibilities:* Manage and oversee a production line, ensuring efficient operations* Set up the line as required and supervise staff to maintain productivity* Ensure sufficient product and packaging are available throughout the shift* Conduct and oversee quality checks, reporting any issues promptly* Monitor and promote production KPIs and operational targets* Supervise and provide training to agency workers* Manage label sign-off and return label processes* Accurately report job information using Prophet software* Verify completion and accuracy of machine operator paperwork.* Maintain effective communication with other departments, including engineering, quality, technical, and warehouse teamsRequirements:* Strong understanding of fruit quality standards* Good English communication skills* Excellent attention to detail* Ability to take initiative and work proactively* Competent numerical skills* Previous experience in a similar role is desirableIf you have the required skills and experience and are looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment, please apply now.
