Responsibilities:
- Manage the transport window, ensuring smooth operation of our client's logistics processes
- Check-in and direct inbound drivers to the correct loading locations with a friendly and professional approach
- Coordinate loading activities with warehouse supervisors, optimising efficiency and ensuring timely dispatch of goods
- Provide vital administrative support to the transport team, assisting with data entry, documentation, and general clerical tasks
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required
Skills Required:
- Previous experience as a transport window operative or in a similar role within a transport or warehouse environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with drivers, supervisors, and team members
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and general admin work
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
