The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK and we are working in a partnership with a market leading company who are looking for a Night Shift Warehouse Logistics Administrator

Shift: Night shift 4 On 4 Off

Hours: 18:00-06:00

Pay Rate: £13.00


Role:

This is a full-time Temp to Perm on-site role for a Warehouse Logistic Administrator responsible for stock control, inventory control, communication, customer service, and inventory management on a day-to-day basis. Working in the warehouse dealing with incoming and outgoing loads and drivers. Fast paced must be computer literate and have communication skills.

Resposnibilties:

  • Managing stock levels using IT systems and digital devices
  • Verifying and meeting established deadlines through management, product fulfilment, shipping and transportation cycle.
  • Monitoring quality control and keeping warehouse capacity at optimal levels.
  • Performs various duties such as filing documents, tracking orders, liaising and working with clients and suppliers, and entering data into specialized software.
  • Manages and overseeing administrative processes as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.


Skills:

  • Ideally used to a fast paced warehouse/stores environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in IT with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and maintain punctuality.
  • Stock Control and Inventory Control skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Problem-solving skills.

Please note that this position requires availability to work flexible hours, and weekends.
