Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor

Oculus Legal Group has been instructed on an outstanding Spalding (UK) based, Commercial Property NQ role on behalf of a reputable private practice firm.

A unique proposition on offer surrounds the calibre of our client's tried and tested junior lawyer development programme. Junior Solicitors will be offered support and autonomy in good measure in an environment that has offered a fabulous start to the careers of many of the firm's senior lawyers who have remained with the business.

You will have a varied caseload of commercial property matters including: the sale and purchase of land for development, joint ventures, conditional contracts and options, commercial leases, domestic leases and tenancies, agricultural leases, dilapidations, and licences.

The Opportunity

If you have already immersed yourself in dealing with Commercial Property matters during a training seat. This role will ensure exposure to commercial property transactions with a particular focus on representing several local builders and developers as well as many landlords.

You will take a solutions-led and empathetic approach, listening to the client’s unique challenges and providing a bespoke, premium solution. You’ll benefit from all the support you need to develop your networking and client-facing skills, whilst continuing to develop your technical skills too.

In a very collaborative environment, you will be immersed into a busy, active team and benefit from supportive training and development from structured initiatives' and via the working practices of established lawyers in the region.

What’s needed to be considered?

  • Prior experience of Commercial Property in training contract.
  • Within 6 months of qualification/ up to 1 PQE.
  • An appetite to learn and develop
